I could not find a product?

There are a few ways to search for a product on our website. 

  • Searching by categories under "PRODUCTS"
  • Searching by brands under "SHOP BY BRAND"
  • Searching by typing a word or a short phrase e.g. cat stickers in the search box located on the top right hand corner of the page.

Where can I find out about your current promotions?

We have promotions or offers occasionally. Please subscribe our newletters to receive any latest offers or refer to our most updated promotions here.

My order is a gift. Do your packing slips show prices?

No. Our packing slips list the items in the order and the shipping address, but no prices are shown. 

Do you ship internationally?

All orders are shipped directly from Canada. We currently offer domestic shipping only. Due to recently imposted U.S. import tariffs, shipping to the U.S. is temporarily suspended until further notice. 

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped from Canada. For domestic orders, Amazon fulfillment network is used.

**Please note that the items you order may be located in different warehouses. Depending on the location of the items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification that your order is shipped including a tracking number. Your order can be tracked at Swiship.com.

Please make sure an email address is provided when you place the order. If not, a shipping confirmation email cannot be sent. It normally takes 5 to 7 business days to ship to Canada. Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery time may vary depending on a number of factors:

  • Custom declaration
  • Delays due to weather conditions or unexpected events
  • Peak season like Christmas

For more accurate delivery time, please refer to the shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your order.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We work hard to help you get your order as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process "to be shipped". Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Thank you for your understanding!

If you really need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us at info@papermindstationery.com with the subject line "Cancellation" or "Change" and your name and order number within 24 hours. Please note that orders which are packed or fulfilled cannot be cancelled or changed.

Can I enjoy free shipping and other offers at the same time?

Yes, free shipping can still be offered. However only one promotion or discount code can be used at checkout. 

Do you offer price adjustment?

Sorry we do not offer price adjustment.

Can I return or exchange any products purchased?

Yes, please refer to our return and exchange policies to see if your items meet our policy.
