Wholesale Program Temporarily Suspended

Due to the increasingly complex and rapidly changing global trade environment, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our wholesale program and new wholesale account applications until further notice.

Recent changes to international trade policies, including changes to U.S. import tariffs and de minimis regulations, as well as new customs requirements affecting shipments to the European Union, have significantly increased the complexity of cross-border wholesale transactions.

As a small business, we need some time to carefully review these changes and update our shipping, customs, pricing, and import procedures to ensure that we can continue to provide our wholesale partners with a reliable and sustainable service.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this temporary suspension may cause, especially to customers who were planning to place orders or recently submitted a wholesale application.

Please rest assured that this is a temporary measure. We are closely monitoring the situation and working to determine the best way to resume our wholesale program as soon as practical.
